Hi, my name is Ryan Ashbrook. Thanks for visiting our website. As you
can tell in our videos above, my brother Scott and I obviously have
"skinny guy" genetics, and are a couple of completely average skinny
guys.
In August of last year, Scott and I had the fortunate pleasure to meet
and be trained by Biggest Loser trainer hopeful, Tim Cook. (He got beat

because she has a better face for TV :-)
Anyway, Tim only actually met face to face with us once a month, in the
gym, to basically watch us perform the exercises that he would give us
every week. Every week he would send me, via email, 3 new mass building
workouts. Every single workout session, the workout itself was
completely different.
After only 2 months, I gained 15 pounds of solid muscle, and Scott
gained 20 pounds of solid muscle!
We kept track of every single thing we did to gain such a large amount
of weight, so quickly.
